About the client

The Colruyt Group Academy is a meeting place for consumers to discover new things about everyday topics.
Within this framework, numerous inspiring workshops and courses are offered, both in person and online. And on topics like, for example, cooking, being creative or mental well-being. On its website too, Colruyt Academy aims to offer customers high-quality content covering a wide range of topics.

Challenge

To enrich its content platform within a short timeframe, Colruyt Academy Group asked Mediaforta to deliver a large volume of blogs. “First and foremost, the blogs had to be powerful and have a positive angle, offering consumers easily accessible tools to improve and enhance their lives in various areas,” explains Yves Van Kerkhove, Digital Marketer at Colruyt Group.

The organisation was looking to use those blogs to lay a solid content foundation on which to continue developing. The tricky part was that the first batch of 70 blogs was required within a month. Finding the right balance between quality and speed of delivery was therefore crucial.

We chose a mix of copywriters: some whom we had already worked extensively and other new, carefully selected copywriters with specific knowledge of gardening and sustainability for instance. It goes without saying that close monitoring was crucial to manage the flow of so many pieces. Results

This strategy paid off. “All blogs within the diverse categories were delivered ahead of the planned deadline. And they had the desired positive tone of voice and were optimised for SEO“, says Yves Van Kerkhove.
In fact, Colruyt Group Academy was very satisfied with the result and the collaboration, so much so, that Mediaforta was asked to write another 20 content pieces for an additional category. This content was also produced with the same eye for quality and within the allotted time. For the customer, it is immediately reassuring to know that Mediaforta will be there when more content is needed in the future.

Ook die werden met hetzelfde oog voor kwaliteit en binnen de voorziene tijd opgeleverd. Voor de klant is het meteen ook een grote geruststelling dat Mediaforta er staat, wanneer er in de toekomst nog meer content nodig is.
